About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Colorectal Nursing Team Lead to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to lead and manage a defined caseload of patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining specialist knowledge of nursing practice relevant to the clinical area. They will also contribute towards the continuing development of professional nursing practice in the department.

We offer a competitive salary of £44,500 - £59,135 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth within the trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care which is underpinned by evidence-based practice and OUH values.
  • Manage, direct, and evaluate the nursing care for a defined caseload of patients.
  • Demonstrate high standards of nursing care.
  • Contribute towards the continuing development of professional nursing practice in the department.
