Job Title: Nurse Team Leader - PICU Position
About the Job:
As a Nurse Team Leader in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to critically ill children. Your leadership skills and nursing expertise will enable you to develop and implement plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Main Responsibilities:
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and stay up-to-date with current nursing practices
- Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate plans of care
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Ensure accurate records are kept, adhering to CHS policy and NMC guidelines
- Carry out nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards
