Business Development Representative


Salary - Base up to £33,000 with £45,000 OTE and uncapped commission.

Digital i is where tech and TV collide We’re a media measurement company based in Bristol UK, specialising in uncovering unique insights from viewing data for both video on demand (VoD) platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, as well as traditional channels such as BBC and ITV.


In 2019, we launched our award winning SoDA tool, redefining audience measurement on a global scale. We are now taking our partners behind the curtain on viewing behaviour in 20 territories globally, proudly working with some of the biggest names in the industry. With ambitious growth plans ahead, we're on the hunt for an excellent Business Development Representative to join our commercial team and speahead new client acquisition.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Diving deep into the eco-system of video entertainment, identifying and qualifying prospects with a need for best in class data. From the producers, buyers, studios, distributors and platforms of your favourite content, you will be tasked with uncovering new opportunities for our data to support key business decisions within the entertainment space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Prospecting and researching potential clients through outbound channels and responding to inbound leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Assessing the needs of prospects and determining if they are a fit for our products and services.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Entering qualified leads into the lead pipeline and booking discovery calls.
  • CRM Health : Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information about leads and prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to develop strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in a similar SaaS, outbound lead generation role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, we use Hubspot.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Willingness to learn and progress your career, we will provide training and encourage personal growth.
  • Knowledge of the media and entertainment landscape is desirable but can be taught.
