Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Role Overview: As an SDR for our RaaS division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in human capital and subscription-based services to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our innovative recruitment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with a passion for the space industry and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target potential clients in the space industry.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients for our RaaS model. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Execution: Present and sell our subscription-based recruitment services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine and enhance our value proposition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on human capital or recruitment services.
- Subscription Services: Proven experience selling subscription-based services or products, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with or a keen interest in Defense & Space, and Deep Tech industries is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
