Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions and support professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
  • Support performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a coordinator or administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
