Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employee development
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations issues by investigating complaints and resolving conflicts in a fair and objective manner
- Design and deliver HR training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent
- Stay up-to-date with current labour laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Education and Qualification:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 5
Work Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a multi-site organisation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Lead the HR Team to meet multiple deadlines.
