  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Lead the HR Team to meet multiple deadlines.
