About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team at NFP People.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for senior leadership positions
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, senior leaders, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
