Job Description

OutScout is hiring on behalf of a software intelligence company that provides an in-depth analysis into the inner structure, architecture, and composition of complex software. Their technology works to read and understand code and then reverse engineer the system to create more resilient, updated, and agile software.


They are looking for a SVP Sales to take over the Northern Europe sales team.


You will be responsible for creating a strategy to drive growth through both channel partners & direct business. You will also be responsible for managing a high-performing team of 5 that includes SaaS sellers (UK & Nordics), a partner sales leader, and a pre-sales team.


Their ideal candidate:

  • Has a technical background
  • Is hands-on & a team player
  • Has a strong ability to motivate & coach
  • Comes from a relevant industry, such as DevOps, SecOps, applications, or infrastructure


Comp: approx 175k base/350k OTE + equity
