Strategic Sales Director

We are partnering with a next-generation global technology company whose software division has achieved significant momentum in the last 18 months, hiring over 250 sales and leadership professionals. This has led to over $2 billion in revenue.
A new CRO and SVP for Europe have recently joined the business to spearhead their next phase of growth.
The priority is to hire a 1st line Regional Vice President of Sales to manage a team of 10 Enterprise sales reps and 8 Product line specialists. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 18 sales professionals.
- Working with a highly matrix sales organization, covering multiple product lines: AI, Automation, Data, Analytics, Security, and Digital Transformation.
- Collaborating with over 4,000 employees globally, 700 in sales, and achieving £18 million ARR division.
- Developing relationships with top 50 Enterprise Software companies globally.
Requirements for the role include:
- 15 years of management experience.
- Previous experience working for an Enterprise Software Vendor.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as MEDIC, MEDPIC, Command, or Sandler.
- Experience working through the channel in territory management.
- Leadership experience managing reps across Europe.
