You’ll also lead the accounts receivable and contract processing functions, bringing together these critical functions to streamline efficiency. Developing and defining processes for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.Lead the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely invoicing and prompt collections.Monitor aged receivables and work closely with the business to mitigate risks, resolve discrepancies, and optimize cash flow.Oversee the supplier contract (CAF) processing team, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, contractual requirements and accurate forecasting and release of contractsLead initiatives to enhance data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce, optimising the tool’s usage for forecasting, reporting, and customer relationship management.Implement process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.Collaborate across teams to align CRM systems and improve data accuracy.What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a Sales Operations management or leadership role within a SaaS environment.Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).Experience developing and implementing sales operations and best practises.Analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement with strong problem-solving ability.Team leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing workflows.Join Us: At SVP, we embrace diversity and actively work to create an inclusive workplace.
