Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator at Aptitude Software, you will be responsible for selling and helping others sell our products and services across the EMEA region. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor, selling and helping others sell our solutions directly or via partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and help others sell Aptitude products and services across the EMEA region.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of the sales process, from opportunity identification to closure.
- Build a strong understanding of Aptitude's product offerings and differentiators.
- Coach peers with the latest sales techniques and support on opportunities.
- Develop and execute actionable and outcome-focused sales plans.
- Work with the SVP Sales to provide accurate sales forecasts aligned to targets.
Requirements
- Deep experience of complex high-value and competitive new business software sales environments.
- Experience of selling into the Office of Finance with an understanding of their day-to-day challenges.
- Ability to lead the creation of sales material in line with prospects' needs and requirements.
- Self-starter who excels in making a difference in a small/niche software provider.
About Aptitude Software
We operate a Hybrid work policy, requiring 2 days in an office where possible, noting client and travel commitments. We support hybrid working and are based in London or Manchester.
