Enterprise SaaS Sales Leader

Smartsheet is seeking an experienced enterprise SaaS sales leader to drive growth in the EMEA region. As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales and Go To Market strategy to accelerate regional expansion. Your focus will be on creating a unified approach that supports growth in software and services bookings, including demand generation, account engagement, and sales plays.
This role is part of Smartsheet's EMEA leadership team and reports to the Vice President and General Manager, EMEA. You will lead a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team, including Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Account Executives, to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales and Go To Market strategy for the EMEA region.
- Lead a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
- Partner with Marketing and Channel Partner leadership teams to create marketing and channel partner strategies that accelerate regional growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders to influence business decisions.
- Proactively identify and address issues that inhibit growth in the EMEA region.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales objectives leading enterprise SaaS sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive sales teams in executing land and expand sales strategies.
- Minimum of 15 years experience, including third-line management, leading strategic software sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
