Job Description:

As an Elderly Care Coordinator with Amica Care Trust, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Care Assistants, maintaining accurate records, and administering medications as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role in a care setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including employee discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, discounted meals, and opportunities for professional development.
