Care Team Manager

Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or an advanced diploma in Health & Social Care, with previous experience working at this level in a leadership/supervisory role. They should also have specific knowledge in caring for the elderly and experience in administering medications.
Job DescriptionThis is a 36 hour per week position, including weekend availability, where you will look after the different needs of our residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
- You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the management team.
- You can expect to support in areas such as medication and care plans.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have an NVQ 3 or an advanced diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Have had previous experience working at this level (in a leadership/supervisory role) previously and have specific knowledge in caring for the elderly.
- Have experience in the administration of medications.
- Work within our staff values and promote these at all times by being an effective communicator, passionate about your work, encouraging teamwork and having a positive attitude.
- Act as a senior member of the team and respect the dignity and preferences of our residents.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
