Care Home Administrator

Buckland Care is a leading provider of residential care services, and we are currently seeking a skilled administrator to join our team. As a Financial Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home's finances.
You will be responsible for managing the care home's accounts, preparing payroll data, and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with the Finance Department to ensure timely reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll data and submitting it to external providers
- Coordinating new employee vetting processes, including DBS checks and reference requests
- Maintaining staff and resident files, as well as the training matrix
- Procuring supplies and arranging contractor services
- Processing resident invoices and allocating payments
- Providing regular reports to Head Office
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced administrator with strong organisational and communication skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
