Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team as a Senior Care Coordinator. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care and support services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supervision and motivation of a team of Care Assistants.
  • Support in areas such as medication administration and care planning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience working at this level in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Specific knowledge in caring for the elderly.
  • Experience in the administration of medications.
