Compassionate Senior Care Worker

The Night Senior Carer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents in a care home setting. This involves supervising a team of Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team with tasks such as medication management, assessments, and care planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team with specific areas of expertise
- Deliver individualised care and support to residents
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed qualities. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training and development.
