Your role and responsibilities
As a Care Assistant at Amica Care Trust, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, and meal preparation
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure the best possible care for our residents
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Amica Care offers a range of friendly, welcoming and professional support services, including occasional day care, to assisted living providing the independence many of our resident's desire, through to specialist dementia care for those in most need of our support.
As a Care Assistant at the care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
