
Adult Care Support Role with Lifeways

In this rewarding role, you'll provide vital support to adults with various needs, empowering them to lead independent lives. About the PositionThis shift-based role requires flexibility, allowing you to choose from morning and evening shifts, Monday through Sunday. No prior experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training for new recruits. Previous experience in care settings is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting service users in their daily routines
- Encouraging independence and self-confidence
- Maintaining accurate records of service user interactions
You can expect a competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additional perks include:
