About the Role

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated Adult Care Support Worker to join our team in Exmouth. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who require support due to learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain health and social care qualifications, enjoy a work-life balance, and benefit from discounts, cashback, and a cycle to work scheme.

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential. We offer excellent training and ongoing support for new care professionals.

A free DBS check and Lifeways Rewards programme are available to all employees, along with a cycle to work scheme and employee assistance program offering advice and support.

Shifts of 8am-2pm, 8am-10pm Mon-Sun are available, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
