Your Responsibilities
As a Care Home Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing person-centred care and support to residents
• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and feeding
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
• Working collaboratively with other members of the care team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. This position offers a rewarding career opportunity with ongoing training and development possibilities.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a competitive pay package, flexible working arrangements, and access to free learning and development opportunities.
