Job Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Exmouth.
About the Role
As a Support Worker with Lifeways, you will have the opportunity to work with adults with a range of needs, providing support and guidance to enable them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with varying needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
- Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote independence and well-being
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant
- A passion for supporting individuals with varying needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
