Care and Enrichment Specialist

Sanctuary Group, a leading care provider, is seeking an experienced Care and Enrichment Specialist to join their team at Fernihurst Nursing Home in Exmouth, Devon.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the lives of residents by designing and delivering engaging leisure activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with older adults, possess excellent communication skills, and have a flexible approach to meet the needs of each resident.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming environment that fosters friendship, empathy, and support among residents, staff, and family members. A salary of £11.90 per hour, plus benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
