About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a varied workload dealing with older adults, learning disability, physical disability, mental health, dementia, drug and alcohol misuse, and complex risk management in the community.

As a Community Health and Social Care Specialist, you will work in partnership with agencies and families to best support clients in line with the Care Act and other statutory frameworks.

Requirements

You must be a qualified Social Worker or hold equivalent experience. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality care services.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training, supportive supervision, and opportunities for professional development.

Location

The role is based in the Woodbury, Exmouth & Budleigh area, but you may be required to travel to other locations as part of your duties.
