Lead Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Care Lead to join our team at Amica Care Trust, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
This challenging role requires a strong background in healthcare, with experience in supervising and mentoring care staff.
As a Care Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support, which aligns with our organization's values.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year for this position.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver excellent care and support.
- Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Support care staff in areas such as medication administration and care planning.
- Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained.
Requirements:
- NVQ 3 or advanced diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience working at a leadership level in care services.
- Knowledge of caring for the elderly and experience in administering medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
