This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Lead (Nights), working closely with our residents, Care Assistants, and management team to deliver outstanding care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants to deliver excellent care and support services.
- Support in areas such as medication administration and care planning.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience working at this level, preferably in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Specific knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.
- Experience in administering medications.
- Ability to work within staff values and promote them at all times.
