Resident Wellbeing Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Resident Wellbeing Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. With a focus on empowering residents to live fulfilling lives and enhancing their overall quality of care, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of those in our care.
As a Resident Wellbeing Advocate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working alongside experienced colleagues and participating in ongoing training and professional development programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing personalized wellbeing plans that meet each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their dignity and respect.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Empowering residents to take control of their own wellbeing and make informed decisions about their lives.
We are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your overall wellbeing. This includes access to occupational sick pay, confidential employee advice services, wellbeing resources, and financial wellbeing support. You will also enjoy a competitive salary, estimated at £11.90 per hour, based on 39 hours available.
