Job Title: Resident Care Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Care Assistant to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents.

About the Job:

  • Deliver warm and respectful care to residents, monitoring care delivery and contributing to care planning.
  • Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a view to completing an NVQ 3.
  • A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is necessary.
  • A C or above in GCSE English and Maths is ideal.

Working Conditions:

  • Reliable transport or access to a car is essential, with mileage covered for journeys over 5 miles.
