We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caring Professional to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care to our residents in line with their individual care plans.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in leisure and social activities, enhancing residents' quality of life. Effective communication skills are essential to ensure seamless interaction with residents, families, and colleagues.

A caring, enthusiastic, and energetic approach is vital in providing kind, supportive care, prioritizing residents' dignity and well-being. We welcome individuals with no prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

  • Estimated Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
