Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support services to residents across the general estate, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.

  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as grocery shopping and medication management, ensuring their safety and independence.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners to provide seamless care and support services.
About You
  • You will be a caring and empathetic individual with experience working in a care or support environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with residents, colleagues, and external partners on a daily basis.
  • You must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • A driving license and reliable transportation are preferred, but not essential.
