Support Care Professional Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Care Professional to join our team in Mid-Devon. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized support to our clients, empowering them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide non-medical support services, including personal care, to enable clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and accompanying clients to medical appointments.
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients, their families, and our team, ensuring exceptional care and support.
  • Utilize your vehicle to travel between clients' homes and update our app to keep family members informed about their loved ones' progress.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £11.50 - £13.50 per hour, plus travel and wait time, and £23 per hour on Bank Holidays. You'll also enjoy benefits such as paid holiday time, access to EarlyPay, and a monthly data allowance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary; we value kindness, compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our clients' lives.
  • A team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a sense of humour.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including part-time or full-time schedules, with occasional weekend availability required.
