We are recruiting for a Care Lead (Days/Nights) to join our lovely team on a Bank contract.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care and previous experience working at this level in a leadership/supervisory role. You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the management team.
The salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a suite of employee discounts, a cycle to work scheme, discounted meals while on shift, and excellent learning and development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support in areas such as medication and care plans
- Act as a role model and respect the dignity and preferences of our residents
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience working at this level in a leadership/supervisory role
- Specific knowledge in caring for the elderly
- Experience in the administration of medications
