Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Care Lead (Nights) to join our team at Amica Care Trust, a leading provider of care and support services.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working at this level, preferably in a leadership/supervisory role, and possess specific knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.

You will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting them in delivering high-quality care and support services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver excellent care and support services.
  • Support in areas such as medication administration and care planning.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working at this level, preferably in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Specific knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.
  • Experience in administering medications.
  • Ability to work within staff values and promote them at all times.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
