Care Team Coordinator

In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to deliver exceptional resident care. With over 200 care homes across the UK, Barchester Healthcare offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals.
You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of quality care plans and assessments, working closely with the clinical team to provide medication management, reviews, and planning. Your role will also involve promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among your team members, as well as motivating and empowering them to provide exceptional care and support.
We're looking for experienced professionals with strong leadership and communication skills, who can motivate and empower their team. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
