The Assessment Service in Mid and East Devon have an opportunity for anyone with relevant experience to step up and become a key leader in our team. As a Children's Social Work Team Manager, you will embed a high-performance culture by supporting your team to develop their skills and achieve the best possible outcomes.

You will model high-standard social work practice, champion restorative practices, and foster a collaborative culture that supports opportunities for reflection and learning. You will be passionate about relationship-based social work and take pride in your profession.

In return for your vital contribution, we offer a competitive salary of £54,000 per year, plus a range of employee benefits including annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

The ideal candidate will have experience in child protection and care, and be able to think creatively about how to support their team in building relationships that make a meaningful difference to children and families.
