As a Team Lead, you will support the Store Manager in motivating and developing a team of colleagues, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of store operations, including Post Office, Parcel Services, Local Suppliers, Neighbourly Programme, Too Good To Go, and Home Delivery Services.

• Engage with and support the local community, promoting Southern Co-op's values and community spirit.

• Support the operational management of the store, ensuring a safe, legal, and high-performing business. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take overall responsibility.

• Hold a personal licence, authorising you to sell alcohol. If not already a licence holder, you will complete the required training.

• Lead the team to provide an exceptional customer experience, embodying Southern Co-op's values.

• Foster continued and sustainable growth in our business through people development and leadership.

What We Offer

A full-time role, 36 hours per week, worked across four days. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and commitment to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
