We're seeking an experienced Senior Social Work Manager to join our Children's Services team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers and ensuring that they are equipped to provide the best possible service to children and families in Devon.

You will have a deep understanding of child protection and care, and be able to apply this knowledge to inform your practice as a manager. You will be passionate about relationship-based social work and have a track record of developing and implementing effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.

As a Senior Social Work Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of £59,000 per year, plus a range of employee benefits including annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

You will work closely with our social work teams to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible service to children and families in Devon. You will also contribute to the development of our organizational strategy and help shape the future direction of our Children's Services department.
