Job Description:

As a Senior Italian Cuisine Manager at Prezzo, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Italian cuisine. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.

You will have overall responsibility for the kitchen's operational efficiency, including inventory management, stock ordering, and staff development.

A key aspect of this role is to drive sales growth through effective menu planning, promotions, and customer engagement.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced Italian restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (desirable).
