Senior Care Assistant

We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a bank position, providing cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
