Senior Healthcare Assistant Leader

Amica Care Trust is seeking an experienced Care Lead to join our residential care team. As a Care Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support to our residents. This will involve working closely with our management team to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, as well as contributing to the development of care plans and administering medications.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in healthcare, preferably with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will also need to have previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role, particularly in caring for the elderly. Additionally, experience in medication administration and knowledge of staff values are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including free training and professional development opportunities, discounted meals while on shift, and an Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential services and advice for you and your family.
