As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our care team, working closely with residents, families, and colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care plans and assessments. You'll also support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, reviews, and planning. A key aspect of this role will be promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion among your team members.
We're looking for experienced professionals with strong leadership and communication skills, who can motivate and empower their team. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Our comprehensive training program will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge further.
