Senior Support Worker

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant. This role requires experience in health and social care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our clinical team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily care needs of residents, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans, and supervising a team of Care Assistants.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and a warm-hearted and compassionate approach to care. Ongoing training opportunities will allow you to develop your career with no limits.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing training opportunities.
