We are seeking an experienced Care Lead to join our team at Amica Care Trust, a leading provider of care services.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team, providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Job Description:
- As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
- You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our residents' needs are met.
- You will also be involved in the administration of medications, monitoring resident's health and wellbeing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential for this role.
- Previous experience working at a leadership/supervisory level, preferably in a care setting, is required.
- Experience in caring for elderly residents and administering medications is also necessary.
- A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support, as well as excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
