The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Lead (Nights), working 36 hours per week, including weekend availability.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and support of our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and working closely with our management team and other healthcare professionals.

You will also supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver high-quality care and support.

A strong understanding of health and social care principles, combined with excellent leadership skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate medication records and care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our values and delivering exceptional care and support.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience working in a leadership or supervisory role within healthcare.
  • Specific knowledge of caring for elderly individuals.
  • Experience administering medications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
