NHS Devon is seeking a Senior Mental Health Professional to lead our Community Care services in Exmouth. As a Band 6 Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in promoting good mental health and wellbeing, using your expertise to deliver high-quality services focused on people's recovery.

About the Role
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in providing community-based mental health services, incorporating triage, signposting, and mental health assessments.
  • Work closely with PCN teams to ensure seamless care pathways for patients with mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker qualification, with experience in mental health settings and strong leadership skills. You will be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and service users, and contribute to the development of our services.
