Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Salvation Army Homes. As a Mental Health Recovery Specialist, you will work with a caseload of clients to provide holistic support and empower them to achieve their goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will work collaboratively with external agencies and our team to deliver high-quality support and services to our clients.
Key Requirements:
- A working knowledge of the needs and support requirements of people with complex mental health needs
- Experience working in social care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of resilience and adaptability
