Care Support Workers

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents within a 20-mile radius.
About the Role:
- Contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident, monitoring care delivery and providing support and companionship.
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is required, with a view to completing an NVQ 3.
- A good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is necessary.
- A C or above in GCSE English and Maths is ideal.
Working Conditions:
- Reliable transport or access to a car is essential, with mileage covered for journeys over 5 miles.
