Job Description

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a qualified Adult Care Support Worker to join our team in Exmouth. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals who require support due to learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with varying disabilities
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Supporting individuals with their goals and aspirations
  • Working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care services

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A free DBS check and Lifeways Rewards programme are available to all employees, along with a cycle to work scheme and employee assistance program.

Shifts of 8am-2pm, 8am-10pm Mon-Sun are available, providing flexibility to suit your needs.
