**Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve providing holistic recovery-focused support to clients with mental health needs across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging creatively with a caseload of clients based on their identified support needs to identify and develop the skills and resources necessary to achieve independent living.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the needs and support requirements of people with complex mental health needs or experience in another social care setting. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support for vulnerable clients through 1:1 and group sessions.
  • Support clients to access essential information on housing, health, welfare, benefits, and other resources.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Help manage incidents or challenging behavior in a professional and empathetic manner.
