At Interaction Recruitment Group, we are seeking a skilled Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people aged 9-25 who live on-site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising service users during evenings, overnight, and weekends as required, including transport duties. You will also ensure a caring, ordered, and supportive environment is provided and maintained for students, promoting their education and independence.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,790 - £27,863 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive extra pay for sleep-ins and overtime packages. Our benefits package includes term-time holidays off equivalent to 9 weeks paid holiday, free onsite car parking, and permanent opportunities.
